March 16, 1921.
Great Aunt Elizabeth has come!
I was glad to see her, ’cause she knows a lot about babies and ’cause she will be a great help to mother, who is still pretty much of an invalid because of my coming.
Grandmother gave me ten dollars to apply on the purchase of my “baby buggy.” My parents were very pleased.
Grandfather is going to complete the purchase of the baby carriage and will also, probably, buy me my crib when the time comes for it. Mother and Father are most grateful, for these are wonderful gifts.
